Fungi Mungle are professionals who want to make sure everyone has a great time at every event we perform at. We always strive to go above and beyond what is expected, and to provide the most outrageous show possible. When planning your event, it is best to make booking arrangements early to ensure a smooth, entertaining and successful event.

Pricing

Fungi Mungle is the World's Greatest Disco Band and there are many factors that determine pricing. Travel, location and length of time requested. The venue and size of audience are considered as well. Events scheduled on, or around holidays or holiday seasons normally incur premium pricing. Shows that require PA/Sound system and backline only shows incur different pricing also.

Client relationships are always important and there are situations where fees may be negotiable. Budget limits and competitive pricing issues can also be considered.

Sound / Lighting

Fungi Mungle is a 100% live band and can provide their own sound system and equipment if needed to perform. In events where the venues are larger we will work with resonably priced sound companies to guarantee sound compatibility for that event. Basic lighting is included with most packages. Depending on venue additional lighting may be required.

For events requiring the band to use air travel it will be necessary for our clients to provide a backline.

Backline should include: guitar amp, bass amp, keyboard amp, full drum set, and complete PA with five monitors, one Shure wireless vocal mic, four vocal mics on stage, separate keyboard monitor mix, 3 horn mics, 1 percussion mic and a soundman if needed.

ARTIST TECHNICAL RIDER
Fungi Mungle TM
 

1) One secure dressing room with seating capabilities for six members.

2) Access to private bathroom in dressing room or in close proximity.

3) 18 bottled water requested for Artist, 4 Diet Coke's on ice.

4) Approximately 6 clean towels to be provided for Artist.

5) Backline provided by purchaser must be professional quality in good working condition. No cracked cymbals or used drumheads.
 
5) (If artist provides sound system) - 2 15-amp circuits to be provided. 3 20-amp circuits for sound reinforcement in proximity of stage

• All power and outlets are to be dedicated for the sole use by Artist

6) 12 ft in depth x 24 ft in width and minimum 2 feet in height stage area required. Stage must be level, stable and have a non-skid surface. The stage is for exclusive use by Artist, events with multiple acts should have the stage in good condition before Artist's headline performance.
• Please note: The Artist is aware of architectural boundaries that may exist in certain venues preventing the use of this size stage. Changes in size are acceptable with Artist's prior approval.

7) The Purchaser shall allow 2 hours for unloading of equipment, set up and sound check. The Purchaser must provide free and clear access.
• Any load in that has stairs, an elevator must be available, or the Purchaser must provide extra personnel, AT NO COST TO THE ARTIST, to assist in loading and unloading of equipment.

8) The band will advertise on their website for date as soon as date is booked. Artist expects the purchaser to do the same on their site at least one month prior to date booked. Promotional materials are available from Artist.


Sound System provided by purchaser must include:
Speakers:
Highs - 600 watts
Mid Range - 2000 watts
Bottom Subs - 2000-4000 watts
5 Monitor wedges with two or more separate monitor mixes.
Amps: (3) Crown Macro Tech (1 amp per circuit preferred) or (3) QSC power amps (*rated to push 10% more than needed), or equivalent
Professional 24 channel mixing board (example: Sound Craft or Allen & Heath)
8 compressors with 8 noise gate
Separate effects unit for vocals & drums
31 band EQ for main speakers
3 boom mic stands for vocals
26 XLR mic cables
1 Shure Wireless Vocal Mic Beta 58
This is the minimum requirement, larger venues/events will require a larger system.

ARTIST HOSPITALITY RIDER
Fungi Mungle
 
Dearest Reader - This rider is comprised of things that will enable the Mungles to "kick your booty" (in a good way)!  Please make every effort to provide what is listed. Be sure to create a clean, pleasing work environment. This band works extremely hard to provide an excellent show, please extend the same courtesy to their requests.
 
DRESSING ROOM: 
 
Access to room upon arrival of artists, and to remain until (1) one hour after artist's performance is concluded.
Lavatory facilities within or close to dressing room, stocked with soap and toiletries and restricted to the general public.
Artist must be able to access stage from dressing room.  If artist cannot, and must walk through crowd / venue, the purchaser will provide security to and from the stage.
Artist shall not be required to share dressing room with any other performer, except possible the Beatles, Jimi Hendrix or Led Zeppelin, Van Halen (w/David Lee Roth), with prior artist approval.
Any graffiti or lewd artwork should be covered up or modified.
Any strange or lingering odors should be properly dealt with or covered up wherever and whenever possible.
The artist must authorize all persons entering dressing rooms.
Always provide and outfit dressing room with high quality service.
Two or more grounded electrical outlets.

DINNER REQUIREMENTS:
 
Buyout for 6 people at $20.
In the event that it is not possible to provide a meal buyout, the purchaser must provide fresh, hot dinners for 6 people made available 1 hour before doors open. Meals should consist of salad, a hot meat entrée (chicken or beef), fresh vegetables, fresh bread and dessert. Please note that pasta and rice dishes are on the bottom of list as favorites of the band. If dinner is served at event, same meals available to band is acceptable.
NO BAR FOOD!  
NO PIZZA!
NO FRIED FOOD!

BACKSTAGE LIST FESTIVAL PERFORMANCES ONLY:
 
        (4) Pair of white tube socks (US size 10-13)
        (4) Pair of Calvin Klein medium underwear (medium briefs)
        (2) 2 pack of Sharpie Markers (silver)
        (2) 2 pack of Sharpie Markers (black)
        (12) clean, freshly laundered towels (no bar towels)
 
DRINKS: Deli tray with a selection of high quality cold meats, assorted cheeses, tomatoes, lce
All drinks and ice service requested below is to be checked and replenished as required.
 
        (1) 24 pack of bottled spring water - NO GENERIC 
        (6) Bottles of Gatorade (Orange, Lemon-Lime, or Fruit Punch)
        (1) 12 pack of Diet Coke with Lime
        (1) 12 pack of Coors Light
        Coffee and tea set-up for 6 persons (with assorted ground coffee, teas, sugar, Splenda, creamers, honey and cups)
 
DINNER REQUIREMENTS:
 
        Buyout for 5 people at $20.

TOWELS
        There should be 2 freshly laundered towels placed on every amplifier, and on the drum riser for the band to use.
 
ALL DRINKS AND TOWELS ARE TO BE DELIVERED NO LATER THAN 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO FUNGI MUNGLE TAKING THE STAGE.
